For over 25 years
owner, Cheryl Wegmann, has built a solid reputation working with
Fortune 500 companies, Chairperson(s) of the Board, Senior Vice
Presidents, Managing Directors, and CEOs.
Cheryl has spent the majority of her career working in various
key executive administrative roles for a well known, global,
high caliber, management consulting firm. This experience has
provided the foundation for her unequivocal expertise in a
client-driven service industry.
One of the many tools recognized in management consulting is
leadership development - encompassing problem solving,
presentation, and strategic thinking. Working with teams of
consultants and clients in different geographic locations and
delivering high value-added results to clients is a basic
ingredient for success. Cheryl continues that tradition with
Ancher Virtual Assistant.
Formerly, as sole proprietor of a medical transcription service,
Cheryl had subcontracts with several major hospitals in the
Chicago and suburban area, as well as with the Cook County
Medical Examiner’s Office.

I allocate my time and resources on building your business! If
you are successful then I am successful!
I do not make cold sales or marketing calls. Rather, I focus on
value creation within your organization – leveraging,
optimizing, and building upon your network of internal or
external constituencies (enterprise relationship management).
I prefer to work with a select few clients, offering a high
value add quality service and consistent end product.
The workday could just be starting at 5 p.m., or a client
deliverable requires working all day Saturday and Sunday to
deliver first thing Monday morning – this is the norm and not
the exception!
I know what it takes to assist the busy executive in a 24/7
global corporate environment – all while maintaining a
professional “can do” attitude. My job is in assisting you to
develop and implement extraordinary results – regardless of
industry or service.

With my service I
invoice you as a subcontractor, eliminating the necessity for
you to provide corporate benefits (disability insurance /
healthcare / 401K) and there is no additional bookkeeping
required for state or federal tax withholding.
I do not outsource any of my client work. In the rare case I
need additional assistance to complete a research project or
mailing, you deal directly with me – you do not have to deal
with a third party or intermediary and explain it all over
again!
Because I manage your administrative tasks it gives you more
time to focus on the core priorities in growing your business.
And, working together as a strong team, the results you realize
are a positive return on your investment.
Fees
No contracts to sign
No benefits to be paid
Fees are typically charged by the hour. However, depending on
the type of project/task to be undertaken, I offer a monthly
retainer (a set fee regardless of hours) or a competitively
priced minimum/maximum hours per week. On straight typing
projects I charge by the line for transcription.
Expenses are to be reimbursed at actual cost with your prior
written approval for expenditures.
Ancher will provide you with a monthly statement of time spent
on all activity and how time was utilized. There is no upfront
financial commitment on your part. With no risk or “pay as you
go” services, you will soon realize all the benefits that adding
Ancher Virtual Assistant to your arsenal is a very wise choice
